The Girl in the Glass
When you get what you want in your struggle for self,
And the world makes you queen for a day,
Just go to the mirror and look at yourself,
And see what that girl has to say.
For it isn’t your father, your mother, or wife,
Whose judgment upon you must pass;
The gal whose verdict counts most in your life,
Is the one staring back from the glass.

You are welcome to read my story …
I wrote a chapter in a book called “Ready to Fly”. It’s an anthology, a collection of stories by women. Stories of strength and courage to inspire your journey forward. My chapter is entitled “The Girl in the Glass” and it will tell you who I am and why I do what I do.

Meet Regina
My spiritual journey started at a young age. I was “sprinkled” as a child by the Methodist, “dunked” by the Baptist, so I could be called “born again”, did some church hopping in my high school years, and landed in a non-denominational, charismatic, Biblical research and teaching ministry for a large portion of my early adult life.
All of these experiences left their imprint on my life, but eventually, when I couldn’t seem to study or pray my way out of destructive behaviors, I became more open to “outside” sources like counseling, healing, deliverance, support groups, EFT (and other energy-based modalities) that could help me on the emotional level that I deeply needed.
What I have come to believe, at this time in my life, is that we are each special and unique. There are no two people who are exactly alike and that is wonderful! I can’t expect you to think and believe exactly as I do, we each need to have our own journey and discover our own spiritual paths and live accordingly.
We all need love and belonging in this life, so shouldn’t I be open and accepting of others? Who are you? What makes sense to you? What lights you up? What sets your heart on fire? What brings you peace of
mind? What causes you to feel loved and appreciated, seen, and heard? These are the important things in life and the things I want to honor in everyone I meet and everything I do.
In 2010, I read, “Limitless You: The Infinite Possibilities of a Balanced Brain” which led me the work I did for the next decade with Brain State Technologies. I do believe that whatever The Creator intended for mankind had to be amazing because we are awesomely and wonderfully made! I have transitioned out of Brainwave Balancing and one project I have been passionate about has been Angel Book Workshops. These are on hold for now as I explore both my passion and my purpose, discovering what’s next in my life. How can I best use my unique gifts, strengths and talents to serve others?
On another note, I have 3 grown children, Rachel (1992), Craig (1994), and Bryan (1996). They are amazing human beings, and I am proud to be their mother. I moved to Colorado in 2015 after ending a 27 year marriage. On Christmas Day 2016 I married Duke Clarke and we live in Colorado Springs. He and I work together on many things, most recently the Angel Book Workshop where he presented information on “Quantum Living by Design”. I sincerely hope our paths will cross and we can explore this wild, precious life together!
